Overview and Objectives
This workshop deals with a systematic step by step approach to preparing quality management system at Universities, with focus on processes, procedure, boundary conditions, obstacles and barriers. Specifically, it will introduce Q Wiki as an example of an interactive handbook implementation. The system will present a process flow of quality management as they are related to documentation for quality systems related to Students, Program, Faculty, and Institution.
WZL is a specialized in quality management and business development, they configure organizations, management systems and business processes to achieve a quality-oriented company alignment.

Overview and Objectives
This workshop concentrates on the differences between management and leadership with a special focus on skills related to financial potentials and capabilities of the institution in terms of quality and excellence.
Objectives of the workshop:
• To recognize the concepts and characteristics of leadership
• How to develop organization's vision
• To be proficient in (master) leadership skills that are important to improve and develop the institution
