Dr. Shaker Aladwan has received his PhD in Total Quality Management and Business excellence from The University of Birmingham-UK and BA and MSc in Management from The University of Jordan 2002 and 2006 respectively. Dr. Shaker has more than 14 years’ experience in public and private sector in Jordan and United Kingdom, focusing in the fields of TQM, Strategic Management, mentoring and evaluation and performance management. HRM and Training. Following his master’s degree in Management; he took up a position as a full-time instructor and assistant professor in the Department of public Management at Yarmouk University. Dr. Shaker has several publications in refereed journals and conference proceedings. His main research interests include; TQM, Business Excellence, Service Quality, HRM, Job Satisfaction and engagement and Strategic Management, Organisational Happiness, and organisational reputation. Practically, Dr. Shaker participated as the team leader and senior assessor in several of excellence awards in Jordan, UAE, and KSA. Dr. Shaker considered as a senior consultant in field of Human Resource Management, strategic planning, business excellence and performance management in private and public sector. Dr. Shaker has several memberships locally and internationally such as: the Arab Association for the social responsibility, Jordanian Association for Quality, and American Association for Quality, Arab Trainers Union, and British Academy for Management.
